Returns And Refund Policy

Section 1: ORDER RETURN.

1.1 No Refunds. No Returns. No Exchanges. All alcohol sales are final.

1.2 An exception to the foregoing restrictions applies solely if alcohol bottles are damaged during shipment. Any broken or damaged alcohol bottles must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Failure to report such damage within this time period may result in denial of any replacement, refund, or credit, to the extent permitted under applicable California law.

1.3 Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.

2.1 If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.

2.2 Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were sent out, delivered, and signed for.
